Folding Angels Card-Making Group

The Folding Angels card-making group of Our Savior Lutheran Church meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month (September through May) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Great Room. If you know how to cut with a scissors or use a tape dispenser, we could use you! If you know how to rubber stamp, that’s a bonus. If your schedule only permits you to come part of the day, that’s fine also. We have lots of supplies available (thanks to several donations). Come join us for a productive day sharing ideas, making cards and helping someone else. Any questions, call Rhonda @ 701-852-1848 or 701-202-0778.

–The Folding Angels’ mission is to create handmade cards for several different groups of people to keep in touch with their family and friends. We make cards that are delivered to the Ronald McDonald House in Bismarck, the Ward County Jail, the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center in Rugby, the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch and starting this fall to the Minot Air Force Base service people. In the past eight years we have made and donated approximately 30,000 cards. We also collect and recycle used ink cartridges to purchase envelopes and double stick tape.–
