In your Hope Village, you referred to Minot’s flood as a “level V disaster”…..what exactly does that mean? If I use this term when telling others about Minot’s need for help, I want to make sure I can define it.
Thanks! Level V is the designation for a disaster in which a “disaster is of such a magnitude that local and regional assets are overwhelmed, requiring statewide or federal assistance.”
